Our directors Laurie and Adrian Cassar started Casa Developments (CD) in 1980, with over 43 years’ experience between them, they continue to independently own and operate the business today.
Laurie is a Licenced Plumber – No. 38000 and Adrian a qualified Carpenter and a Registered Building Practitioner DB-U 43994. Specialising in all home renovations and extensions from small laundry, bathrooms and kitchens to large house extensions in Doncaster, Templestowe, Lower Plenty, Balwyn, Kew, Eltham, and Box Hill. We also service other Melbourne Suburbs.
CD has a strong commitment to looking closely at the details of every aspect of your construction from your initial designs stages and ideas to handover, even down to the small details of cleaning up, most of their clients are still living in their homes at the time of renovation or extensions taking place so they are very precise on keeping your house clean and tidy after every day during the entire project.
The CD team are dedicated builders providing, building designers, engineers and project managers, represent by a network of trades professional. We are extremely selective about who we have working in your home. All of our trade professionals have been with us for several years and are fully qualified people who are tried and proven.

We provide a service which is close and personal for the clients so you are only dealing with your project manager. We guarantee that all our projects are built in accordance with the client expectations and the Building Code of Australia. All of our projects are backed by our 10 year structural guarantee, provide Warranty Insurance and have Public Liability. We are also members of the Housing Industry Association.
